About Hawaiian Koa - Koa is endemic to Hawai`i. It is considered one of the most beautiful, precious, and rare tropical hardwoods in the world. It is controlled and protected and remains the premiere Hawaiian timber. Its unique forests provide wildlife habitat, critical watershed areas, and is considered a Hawaiian treasure. Its scarcity makes it a prized catch in any art form, including this product.
